What is a membership club and how does it work? There’s a one-time activation fee and then low monthly payments. In return, your subscription includes: the important preventative dental services as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and our board-certified pediatric dentist, Dr. Kelly:
Doctor exams (2 per year)
Professional cleanings (2 per year)
Fluoride treatments (2 per year)
Recommended x-rays
One emergency appointment (if needed)
10% discount on all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
